About the Course
If you have (or suspect you may have) ADHD then you know all too well how misunderstood ADHD is. The truth is, ADHD is one of the most complex psychological "disorders". ADHD 101 will focus on the core factors of ADHD and provide you with info you may not have been aware of. This foundational workshop was created to help you understand ADHD and the many ways it can impact one's life. Together, we'll examine all areas of ADHD including symptoms, treatment options, other related mental health concerns, impacted areas of life & more. When it's over you will be better equipped to create a plan to tackle ADHD and live life to the fullest.

those who believe they may have ADHD
those recently diagnosed
those previously diagnosed looking for a better understanding as an adult
as well as parents & caregivers

What is ADHD? (science behind the definition, executive function & types)
Adult Symptoms
The impact ADHD has on all areas of life (personal, social, professional, sleep, nutrition, etc)
Treatment options (clinical & non-clinical)
Resources & Educational Tools
Opportunities to participate in group discussions
This workshop includes a downloadble PDF guidebook with a summarized & comprehensive version of what we discuss in the workshop.
Workshop Facilitator
Tiffany Dennis, LPC is a licensed professional counselor and ADHD certified clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP). She has extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD. Anyone over the age of 18, located in the United States, is welcome to register for the workshop.
