"Uniquely Me: A Path to Self-Discovery & Growth for ADHDers" is an exciting workshop that's designed to help individuals with ADHD build their self-esteem and find their unique strengths. Through interactive activities and group discussions, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and how to use them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. This workshop focuses on developing positive aspects of ADHD, boosting self-confidence, and providing tools and strategies for growth and success.

2. Build Your Confidence: This section focuses on building self-esteem and improving self-confidence. We'll teach you practical strategies to develop a positive self-image and overcome negative self-talk.

Workshop Facilitator
Tiffany Dennis, LPC. is a licensed professional counselor and ADHD certified clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP). She has extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD. Anyone over the age of 18, located in the United States, is welcome to register for the workshop.
