About the Course
Welcome to "Thriving With ADHD" Empowering Self Care & Wellness Strategies", designed to help manage ADHD symptoms and enhance overall wellbeing. We will focus on Sleep, Diet/Nutrition, Mindfullness, Exercise & more. After this workshop you will know how to impliment a more balanced and healthy lifestyle to help the ADHD brain.
Together we will cover:
1. The Sleep Solution - a comprehensive guide to help improve sleep quality, manage insomnia and establish a sleep routine that works for you.
2. Brain Food - teaching how to incorporate whole foods and essential nutrients into your daily routine to support brain health and optimize ADHD medication.
3. The Power of Movement - teaching how to incorporate exercise into daily life in a way that suits your unique needs and preferences.
4. The Mind-Body Connection - a session focused on mindfulness and meditation techniques that can help manage stress, improve focus, and enhance overall wellbeing.
5. Beyond Medication - a session providing alternative methods to support ADHD, such as natural supplements, herbs, and homeopathic remedies.

Workshop Facilitator
Tiffany Dennis, LPC. is a licensed professional counselor and ADHD certified clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP). She has extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD. Anyone over the age of 18, located in the United States, is welcome to register for the workshop.
