About the Course
Welcome to "Motivation Beyond ADHD: Strategies for Lasting Success". This workshop is specifically designed for individuals with ADHD who want to maintain their motivation and use strategies that help them get back on track if they fall off. During this workshop, you will learn how to manage your ADHD symptoms and maintain motivation to follow through with your goals. We will cover topics such as self-awareness, mindfulness, and self-care. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other individuals with ADHD who are going through similar experiences.
Here is a breakdown of our agenda:
1. "Understanding ADHD and Motivation": An overview of how ADHD can impact motivation and why it's important to address it as an individual.
2. "Self-Awareness and Mindfulness": Techniques for developing self-awareness and mindfulness to help you stay in tune with your goals and maintain motivation.
3. "Self-Care and Stress Management": Strategies for managing stress and taking care of yourself to maintain motivation.
4. "Strategies for Lasting Success": Techniques for creating a plan to achieve lasting success and maintain motivation even when faced with challenges.
5. "Moving Forward to Lasting Success": Developing a plan to continue to work towards lasting success after the workshop.
This workshop includes a downloadable workbook that participants will use to follow along with the activities.
Workshop Facilitator
Tiffany Dennis, LPC is a licensed professional counselor and ADHD certified clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP). She has extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD. Anyone over the age of 18, located in the United States, is welcome to register for the workshop.
