Welcome to "ADHD Supercharge: Harnessing Your Creative Strengths", a workshop designed for individuals with ADHD who want to utilize their unique strengths and creative abilities to improve their symptoms and mindfulness practices. This workshop will focus on empowering and inspiring individuals to embrace their creativity to better manage their ADHD symptoms and enhance their daily lives. During this workshop, participants will learn about the benefits of creativity and how it can improve their cognitive abilities, attention, and overall well-being. They will also discover how to harness their creative strengths and utilize them as a mindfulness tool. Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in interactive activities and exercises to help cultivate their creative abilities and learn how to incorporate them into their daily routines.

Adults with ADHD who want to prioritize creativity more in their life
ADHDers who want to explore their creativity in a way that leads to less chaos and more personal development
ADHDers looking to find ways beyond (or in addition to) medication & therapy to support their symptoms
This workshop includes a downloadable workbook that each participant will use to follow along with the activities.
Workshop Facilitator
Tiffany Dennis, LPC is a licensed professional counselor and ADHD certified clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP). She has extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD. Anyone over the age of 18, located in the United States, is welcome to register for the workshop.
